Queen Cafe Hotel & Pub - Hanoi

The staff genuinely cared, always ready to assist and. My room was a spacious Standard King Room, clean and comfortable. Excellent hot water was a plus, especially after a long day exploring the city. I appreciated the location. It allowed easy access to local attractions and a lively atmosphere. While the amenities were great, I found the noise from the street quite disruptive at night. I enjoyed the breakfast options, but there could be more variety. The warmth of the staff was nice, despite minor setbacks.

would stay here again, the hotel was clean, and location in the centre of the old town was absolutely perfect. location: the venue was just off all the main attractions, the old quarter and beer street. and it was within easy walking distance of new day restaurant, ate there couple of times.

Missed upgrades led to more noise from the lively street below-music continued till dawn. The TV only provided local channels, leaving scant entertainment for foreign guests. Overall management seemed lacking, with electricity issues including frequent outages that delayed comfort.

the wifi was pretty slow at times tho, but the breakfast options were tasty and fresh! loved that they serve free tea and coffee too! plus, the staff were super friendly and eager to help with anything.

Staff were proactive and attentive-Bella assisted in planning excursions, ensuring I. The gourmet sandwiches at the cafe made for a good treat during breaks. The noise from the street could be disruptive at night, and there were occasional hiccups in the hot water supply during peak times were great. Wi-Fi speeds were sometimes sluggish, affecting my connectivity.
